I've been working with dental suppliers for years and this is the WORST one I had to deal with. Their representative Chris was showing up at our office every other week and made himself pretty comfortable here. He gave us a pretty good quote for equipment (Chairs, xray machines etc.) and we were considering to make a deal with them BUT we happened to purchase some small instruments from him and this is when it started. The mirror handles that we got would not match our mirrors, he offered to replace them, after doing so, one mirror handle was broken and he took it back again. Haven't seen or heard anything from him since that day, he would never get back to us. Not only that, our office started receiving a second bill for the replaced mirrors. I have worked with Mike Caroselli for over 10 years, he has always gone above and beyond to help me with my office orders. I can not speak for the other representatives at the office but I can always depend on him to get things taken care of in a very timely manner. He has always found me the best deals and looks out for free good from the manufactures for me. I hope other dentist give them a try, I am very happy with my experience with tristate.

I vetted multiple dental equipment companies before starting my build out. I have to say from start to finish Tri-State has been a pleasure to work with. They were professional, and they made themselves available to me throughout the process. This was important for me as mine is a start up practice. There's something to be said about family businesses where each member is committed to customer satisfaction. I didn't expect to receive this level of support from an equipment company, but they really made me feel like a part of their family. When I'm ready to expand there will be no doubt that I will use Tri-State again.

Prices are fair and competitive, but watch out for 1. Warranty of service or equipment installed 2. Put any purchases in writing, and ensure they deliver in a timely manner and not a year later. We have been burned twice. never again.
