Tri Delta Place

If your child happens to be sick, this is the place to take your child. Obviously the medical staff and research is what makes this place world famous, but its the people behind the scenes that really nurture the families and the patients. At Tri Delta everyone makes you feel like you are at home. They make sure every speck is clean and safe for your child and that you have the comforts you would have at your own home. They call you by name, hug you if you look like you need one, or offer a cup of coffee because they can see you are on your last leg. It's one of those places tucked away in a tiny corner of the world that makes you believe in kindness and humanity. Thank you St. Jude and Thank you Tri Delta.

They have excellent care for St. Jude's families and their newly remodeled rooms are absolutely amazing.

Love this place. Everyone is SO NICE and accommodating BUT just make sure you tell the housekeeping that you are not leaving bc if they see you take bags to your car apparently they assume you are leaving and ignore the do not disturb signs and just go in your room and start throwing all your food and drinks away even though you haven't checked out yet!!!! It ruined my entire day bc we had no food for the long trip home. They aren't supposed to go in your room if you have the do not disturb sign. They are also not supposed to clean it until front desk tells them you have checked out... So irate!

Great service for St. Jude families! Always friendly staff to help take care of your needs. It takes special people to work in a place that does what St. Jude and all its affiliates do, and this place is no different! Love our Tri Delta Family!
