I recently lost my sweet boy, Parker, and I can’t thank this veterinary team enough for the compassion and understanding they showed during such a fragile time. Parker was my soul dog, and losing him was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. The doctors and staff went out of their way to make sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. They handled every detail with such kindness and respect, giving me the space to grieve. They even made sure I received a paw print and nose print of my boy—something I will cherish forever. I am so grateful for the care, thoughtfulness, and love they showed both Parker and me. Thank you for helping me through one of the most difficult moments of my life

We’ve been to a lot of vets having moved several times over the last few years. None even compare to how amazing Tri-County is. The doctors take you seriously and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! We have had many and varied veterinary needs over the years and the docs and staff here have handled them with grace and efficiency. I recommend them for routine and more urgent care needs without hesitation.

I've had many animals over the years so I've had varied experience with vets. This place is the best so far in S Jersey. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Very clean. No upsell on your way out. Most importantly, they offer same-day emergency visits and they always answer the phone.

They took care of my family and our feelings gently but honestly in the worst moment of our lives. They were thorough, concise and honest but still gave us hope. I cannot say enough good about this place. I drove an hour and I will continue to do so for our other fur babies. I love my normal vet but it was just different here. Worth the drive.
