I went to the clinic on2-6.The receptionist,nurse and x ray tech were all kind and professional. Dr.Krajewski was especially thoughtful and concerned with my well-being. She even followed up with a call the next day,which was appreciated.

My 6 year old daughter hurt her ankle at gymnastics on a Friday night and we pulled up to the urgent care around 7:30 PM. I’m sure the staff was exhausted and ready to go home, but they were wonderful to my little girl. She was scared and in pain and they made her feel so much better. We ended up staying well past closing time and the nurses and PA were amazing. They splinted her ankle and helped her learn to walk with assistance. They absolutely went above and beyond what they had to do. My daughter has now completely conquered her fear of doctors and hospitals and I have no doubt that it is because of the people that work here.

Lab ladies awesome, desk ladies awesome. Some of the doctors? Hacks. I walked in knowing my problem seeing as my girlfriend and our two daughters also went before over a months period. All I asked was the same test my daughters and girlfriend had. They made the lab and I went and did it, 3 days later found out the results…. And it didn’t even test for what I came in there to get tested!? 4 days wasted and then they try to tell me they ordered the same test as they did for my daughter!? LIES and they were proven to be lies and they make all these excuses. What do you do when the doctors don’t know how to doctor? 🧐

Don’t go here! My 2 year old got a 0.5 cm cut about an inch below her eye. Because it was on her face, I went to Urgent Care in Northbridge, hoping they could glue it closed so there was less of a chance for any scarring. The nurse told me that he didn’t want to glue it because it would just “stick to his fingers,” and it was small and in a hard location. So he decided use one small piece of adhesive tape (the same ones you can buy in CVS for $10). Then he said he’d put liquid bandage on top so nothing could get in. He then topped it with a bandaid (which resulted in my daughter pulling it off the next morning, including the adhesive tape that stuck to the bandaid due to the liquid bandaid - not a smart choice!) Fast forward to billing. They charged $697 for an “office visit” and “surgery.

I took my two grandsons here yesterday and had an awful experience. The front desk staff and nurse were excellent. The person who I assumed was a doctor was very condescending. She did not introduce herself and identify her position. I have no problem with nurse practitioners, having been a nurse for over thirty-five years. She acted as though we were wasting her time and I had to repeat myself. I asked for a note for school which when I got home realized would not suffice. I called back today and received a call from someone in the office. I explained the situation and she looked into the visit stating, “They only had a virus, it’s not that big a deal”. Needless to say, I was not happy. I have spent the past week caring for two sick boys who were miserable. It was a big deal. We had a few
