Each therapist takes their time learning about what you need to get better and helps you takes those steps to achieve it. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Everyone is personable and friendly and tries to make accommodations for you so you get the best possible care and experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. After suffering a serious injury I was nervous about starting physio and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the very first time I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smile from Stephanie at the front desk. She is always very welcoming and keeps me organized with my appointments. Stephen my therapist put me at ease right away and has been able to help me start to feel like myself again. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and he listens to all my concerns which is surprisingly rare these days. He comes up with a game plan to help me get the best possible outcome for my recovery. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Tri-County because of pain in my shoulder whenever I extended the arm, which was resolved within a few weeks, working with Kaitlin. But if then became apparent that I had significant range of motion issues. As recommended, I then went to an orthopaedic doctor, who diagnosed severe arthritis with bone spurs, needing a total shoulder replacement. Brian did a great job of preparing me for the surgery, and facilitating my recovery. Recovery from surgery was generally good, but reestablishing external rotation in that shoulder became unexpectedly very challenging. He was very determined and resourceful, and with some help from Mikki and Stephen, and using multiple approaches, we eventually got the shoulder working. Excellent place to go, the entire staff is extremely friendly. They have a very accommodating schedule as well. Steve is a great physical therapist he is very insightful.
