I absolutely love this office! I drive from Atlanta to Stockbridge because the care is truly worth it. The doctors are so caring and take the time to really get to know each child and family. They never make us feel rushed and always make sure we feel heard. I’m so grateful for a team that genuinely cares about their patients. The entire staff is great!! Highly recommend!

Tri-County Pediatrics is truly a blessing for our family. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff is patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they always take the time to listen to concerns without making you feel rushed. The providers are outstanding — compassionate, thorough, and amazing with children. They explain everything clearly, make parents feel at ease, and treat every child with so much love and respect. The office is clean, organized, and very kid-friendly, which makes visits much less stressful. I am beyond grateful for the care we receive here and highly recommend Tri-County Pediatrics to any parent looking for a pediatric office that truly puts children and families first.

The Fayetteville location was full so I booked an appointment at the Stockbridge office. The doctor appointment was scheduled for 8:30. We arrived to the appointment at 8:10am checked in. We arrived before any other patrons only for 2 patrons to arrived after us but be seen before us I asked the representative why and the response was I was booked for an appointment at 8:30 but the doctor doesn't come in until 9 and the nurses that work with that doctor are not also here. I asked the representative why I was expected to wait 30 minutes before the doctor even arrives she proceeded to say that may a different nurse could do the intake work up and I could just wait in the room. No value for the time of the patrons or consideration for the children that are being seen. I will say I have never

Thank you for your lack of care in treating my daughters and your lack of professionalism, and accountability when taking my phone calls and simply pointing the finger/blaming someone else for your carelessness. The fact that I called this office for TWO months, had records sent over more than 5 times (fax) and PERSONALLY emailed over records and yet same excuse to not get an appointment schedule is appalling. Thank your Kelly and staff for the horrible, inexperienced, and neglectfulness service I received from your office in Stockbridge. So glad I was able to find a professional doctor’s office that in less than 2 days were able to schedule an appointment for my daughters! I couldn’t imagine needing an urgent care appointment and having to wait months to get a sick appt scheduled. Terrib

My son has been seeing Dr. Brichant since he was born. We switched to her care at the Stockbridge office after meeting her at our 2nd visit to Tri-County in Riverdale. She not only understood me better, but she also explained everything better. She really takes the time to make sure that I understand what's going on with my son and she listens to my concerns. I would recommend her always. Even though I've moved an hour away, I still take him to her.
