Tri-County Pediatrics

I have been taking my son to Tri County since he was about 3 months old and he is now almost 4. We just had a wellness visit today and we had Dr.Tannenbaum for the first time and let’s just say I wish we had met him sooner and will definitely be continuing on with him. He doesn’t try to force anything, he just provides factual information and shares his beliefs and backs up those beliefs with information that really does help you as a parent decide what is best. We haven’t had a doctor that has really sat down, adult to adult, parent to parent, and explain why certain things are truly important and lets you as a parent decide without any feeling of guilt. The front desk was extremely unfriendly. Ignored you when you walk in, doesn’t say hello or acknowledge that I arrived. I waited almost a half hour because they didn’t let the doctor know I was waiting and checked in. It was all around a very unpleasant experience however, the doctors there are great that’s why I continue to go.

I had a great experience. I really like the doctor Dr. Alan he was really nice and I will be back with my new baby in June. I really love this office. They’re great.

Originally was attempting to have my son become a patient because Valley Pediatrics was taken over by tri county. I never heard back from them when attempting to fill out their medical release. I got tired of the hoops and BS. Went to a new pediatricians office and still had to go to tri county to physically pick up my son’s chart. I told them I would be on to just pick up his chart at the tri county office and then I was told I would have to pick it up at the old valley office. When I called to figure out a day I would actually be able to pick my son’s chart, I was put on hold for 42 minutes - before I hung up. Absolutely a clown show and I’m pissed I still need to deal with them to even pick up my sons chart.

Great experience. Dr. Rudman is very kind and caring. Staff went out of their way to make my son, who is afraid of needles, feel more comfortable.
