Time to make adjustments. Called three times to check regarding nursing care after high recommendations from others and ended up regrettably very disappointed. Two calls made with response of getting back within 24 hours to provide details and if any rooms were available. One call with message left. All three calls, no return calls, no response. Poor communication tends to be the trend of any organization that is heading in the wrong direction. Please find a way to change course and improve.
Great staff, no smells and great care. The administrator and team are doing a great job of caring for the aging.
Tri-County Care Center, with a new administration, is no longer the loving and caring environment that it used to be. I am aware that many long-term employees are being fired, leaving the facility struggling to maintain staffing. It saddens me deeply, knowing that our elders are no longer surrounded by staff members who considered and treated them as family. I would give zero stars if I could.
Wonderful, caring staff. Clean and spacious environment!
