I have been going to Dr.Guerre for 4 + years and never had an issue other than the front desk ladies not getting my claims into my insurance. Dr. G RETIRED and he had a great nurse practitioner replace him. No issues. I noticed I have been being charged extra for my co pay even though I met my deductible. They haven't made a claim to my insurance since Dec 2024. Now primary care walk in clinic took over and it is a shit show. They said because the are not my pcm then I would have to be self pay which was 100 dollars. I then informed the newest receptionist that I have been being over charged and they owe me 280 dollars but she didn't care. Dr. Guerre has been my Doctor now for 24 yrs. He has always been the kindest and most professional M.D. that I have ever known. He takes his time and truly listens to all of my questions and/or concerns that I may have during each and every visit . He thoroughly explains everything to me so that I am able to completely understand any process or procedure that I may have had to endure through the years and has always put my heart at ease.
