From the moment Jasmine answered the phone with kindness and patience, I knew I had found the right place. She didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, and I literally had tears of relief while setting up my new patient appointment. When I arrived, the warmth continued. Amazing team! I called for a filling that fell out, they got me in asap! Doctor Sami was super nice and explained everything that was needed/happening! I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked into the building! From the front desk ladies to the dental assistant(s) that helped everyone was caring and understanding! I highly recommend! I'm switching from my old office to them!

I have absolutely loved my experience thus far! Had to go in for some emergency tooth work and haven't seen a dentist in a while so I knew they had their work cut out with me. Reception, billing, the patient portal, my dentistry team - everyone has been so wonderful here. Very communicative, they worked with me and with my insurance to come up with a payment plan within my budget and needs, and have a long-term care plan worked out. The office is very well-lit and they gave me sunglasses for comfort and repeatedly checked in on how I was feeling throughout the experience. I've been given very clear directions on how to continue to care for my dental health between visits, and multiple contacts for how to reach out if I need anything or have questions in between. Shay was the first person I encountered, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing before she did it, from the x-rays to what the hygienist’s next steps would be. Dr. Sami was extremely thorough when explaining what was going on with my teeth. He took the time to show visuals and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan — which I really appreciated! Alexis did my cleaning, and she was phenomenal! She worked quickly and efficiently but still did an amazing job. She also explained how I can maintain my cleanings and reduce plaque buildup moving forward. Overall, the entire team made my visit smooth, informative, and comfortable.
