Trent East Pharmacy

I have done business with Trent East Pharmacy for over five years. I have tried other pharmacies in our area for assorted reasons but I found myself returning to Trent East. I have always been greeted with courtesy, compassion and respect. When there was a question, no matter how insignificant, it was answered in full and respectfully. On one occasion they did not have a particular medicine on hand, but they took the time and located it for me while I was there. Their staff always has a kind word to say and my wife and I are treated like family. I would recommend Trent East Pharmacy to anyone who needs either prescription or over the counter drugs as well as other supplies. The staff is not only knowledgeable but they are helpful with their recommendations without pressure.

if I could give this zero stars I would. the staff as a whole is very nice however the old cranky pharmacist with glasses is rude and unprofessional. I was not mailed a prescription card so I went home after dropping off the prescriptions and was on the phone for 35 minutes obtaining my information and requesting a new card I called ahead of time to make sure they would take it that way and I was told they would to just make sure I had everything I drove down there and After 15 min of waiting I over heard him yelling at the woman who helped me because he could use this information but simply didn't want to. I provided my Id, group and Bin numbers along with my License He had everything he needed but refused to after I was told He would He yelled and argued with her like I was not their at

How I wish I had looked up this place before trying to give them my business. The head of this pharmacy is the most obnoxious man I have met in quite some time and that is saying something because I have lived in New York City and Beijing, China. Under no circumstances should anyone running a business not understand the use of the phrases, "I am sorry for that," or possible, "I apologize for the misunderstanding." Those are useful terms for when things get out of hand and are preferred to bad attitudes, rude retorts, threats and insults. No one is perfect and tempers can flare at times, but do your best to fix things and not aggravate them! I have always gotten great, friendly service from the pharmacists and staff at Trent Eat Pharmacy. I went there for years until I found out I could get my medications on base again. So if you want good caring service go to the folks at Trent East Pharmacy, I was never disappointed.

Trent East Pharmacy has been my pharmacy choice for close to 20 years now. Excellent caring staff always willing to help and they know you by name. Highly recommended to anyone living in or around the New Bern area.
