Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

I want to share that I am so disappointed in this nursing home. Up until my father had a wandering incident they were actually doing a good job but ghosted me when I asked for more information and actions to correct what had happened. My father has Alzheimer’s and their staff watched and let him key in the code to exit the facility instead of redirecting him elsewhere and I wasn’t made aware until the next day by the social worker not when it had occurred! Then they decided to move him to another facility so they wouldn’t have to deal with him and when I asked for a report they never got back to me or emailed me back anything. I will be reported EVERYTHING especially since I gave them so much time and they have not given me one phone call back!!! I work in healthcare and this is so sad tha

I am very thankful and appreciated for staff members here at treasure hills. They were really attentive and took care of my needs. I can say they went above and beyond for me. I could not thank them enough for being so caring, being in this work field is not for everyone and I'm blessed I landed in the perfect place. Will definitely recommend this facility to everyone who has a loved one in need of their services.

Outstanding service !!! Thank you to all the staff that was so attentive and helpful to my father while he was at the facility. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it feel more like a home. Thank you, to the kitchen who provided healthy and delicious meals that my father enjoyed. Housekeeping who maintained his room clean and took time to have a conversation with him. CNA’s and nurses who provided compassionate care and attended to all his needs. Therapy that provided excellent service and giving him encouragement and goals , he always looked forward for therapy time . This was a home for my father and my family while he was at your building and we are very grateful for all the love and support.

Awesome facility . Nursing staff is very professional and super friendly. Super clean place. Nursing staff takes very good care of patients.

Great well taken care of facility, with very professional staff who are always on their toes. If any problems arise you can always count on Ms. Leal to lend a hand!
