My initial experience was great. Very friendly and quick appointment. However.. I ordered my glasses 5 weeks ago, by week 2 I called to see if I can pick them up. I called 3 days in a row, left voicemails and there was no return call. Finally on day 5 the Dr called to say the lab burned down. Well thanks for informing your patients. Now we're on week 6 on a Saturday the only time off I have available to pick up my glasses and of course they are closed Saturday and Sunday, this isn't the info in Google . I don't know if this is common practice for this office to be so unavailable and inconvenient , but if it is and you have a full time job and need their help, you're out of luck.

They are all great. I am pleased with my exam and my glasses were made and ready when they said they would be and I can see very clear. Professional and caring.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The doctor was quick and thorough. When my glasses came in, they were spot on!! I’ve never had a pair of glasses come in that I didn’t need to adjust to. These were perfect in every way. This IS my new go to for my eyes. One of the last mom n pops you’re going to find. I am impressed. I’m hard to impress.

I’m impressed with the staff at the front desk she was so kind to squeezed me into an appointment right after Christmas. She was patient and acted professionally throughout my visit. The doctor was so kind professional and knowledgeable about her service. She made me feel welcome ℹ highly recommended this place of business

Front desk kind, thorough and sweet. My family and I not so impressed by the doctor. She never bothered to advise me whether or not I passed my exam to keep my license. I had to ask. She did not bother to tell me she advised DMV to make me renew each year which was a shock after reading it on the form after we left. She also stated I had hyperoe in my eyes on the form and never told me. I still don’t know what it is or why she would write that. This is very terrifying and I will never go back or recommend the place.
