I wasn't aware there was more than one dental location in Vero, and originally went to the wrong location. The receptionist there was very kind, Since I was going to be late traveling to the correct location, the reception told me she would call them and let them know the situation and she gave me their address and told me to hurry along. I was probably 20 minutes late for my appointment at that time 'cause I do not know the area of Vero . The dental department at Treasure Coast Community Health was very gracious still accepting me even though I was late for my appointment. The lady that cleaned my teeth was exceptional. She was very nice as well and very gentle.

The medical area is very good, no complaints, the pediatrician Dr. Dilsa Souffrant and nurse are very professional, and excellent with kids. The dental area, at least the appointment process is unacceptable, I call at 9:26am stay 2 hours waiting in the call to be hang up when I was in the 7th position, call again get the position 86, wait 2 more hours and in position 3 the call hung up, it is just unacceptable.

I was told by the new office manager Michael of dental, that I would be contacted sometime soon. Well I’m still waiting 2 months later, and yes I have sent another message to him since and still nothing.
