I’ve never written a review before but I had such a good experience at TCCH Dental Fellsmere location and wanted to share! The whole team is amazing and really tried their best to accommodate me and listened to my concerns. Dr. Laite and my dental hygienist Claudia were so amazing! Feel much better about my dental health and I was able to get on the sliding scale so treatment was very affordable even as a college student! Thanks guys!

every time I call it’s a min 40+ min wait, the appt reminder text has the wrong address and no option to reschedule unless you call and wait 40+ The most unethical dentistry I’ve ever seen

Dentist Adil Omar was fantastic. I’m terrified of getting dental work done and he extracted 2 teeth with ease. I felt no pain hardly even felt the needle. These teeth were bothering me for so long and I kept putting it off now I’m so relieved and thankful the pain they were causing me is over. Was told by front desk new patient appointments will be months out, they’re very busy so that’s the only downfall but the whole staff was friendly and explained everything thoroughly step by step.

Can only get one filling per visit due to them needing to see a certain number of patients per day. It's over an hour and thirty minutes round trip for me and to get a cleaning and three fillings I am expected to return on 4 separate occassions, not to mention I can't even schedule the cleaning until October. Had this policy been explained to me I would not have wasted my time or used my dental insurance benefit here. I'm not going to call back every 2 weeks for 2 months trying to schedule appointments or spend 6 hours driving back and forth. The dentist that saw me was professional and knowledgeable. EDIT: In response to owner comment: I was told this policy is due to a daily patient quota, not anasthesia related. This seems like a generic response you copy paste.

I've been trying to make my daughter a new patient appointment since 8 am. I was told Monday new patient appointments are only made on Wednesdays. So here I have sat, since 8 am (it's now 11) and I've been the 99th caller in line the whole time. Very disappointing. Please do better.
