I am very pleased with the professionalism. The front desk assistants are efficient and friendly in addition to the medical assistance. The NPs are very knowledgeable and will not hesitate to recommend a Dr, if needed. I've never had to wait too long.

From receptionist, to the nurses, to Dr. Figueras, our experience has been incredible. My daughter has always been treated appropriately and the doctor gives you a lot of insight and what to do. Very helpful and kind!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Vero Beach location due to the bedside manner of a nurse named Heidi. When I tried to explain my medical history so proper care could be provided, I was cut off and told I “didn’t need to give a story,” which was dismissive and embarrassing. I was also spoken to rudely about my asthma history and medical records, despite explaining they were previously in Epic from another state. Most concerning, I was told I “needed to get on Medicaid” and that an ENT referral would not be requested because I didn’t have it—despite being a self-pay patient . This felt judgmental and inappropriate. Healthcare patients are vulnerable, and no one should feel shamed or dismissed while seeking care. The first time, I was told one appointment time, but when I arrived—after driving 40 minutes—I was told I was late and that my appointment had been canceled. There was no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. Another major issue is their complete lack of follow‑up. After having lab work done, I waited over a month with no one contacting me to go over my results. I had to call multiple times, leaving messages that were never returned.
