Travis Hailstone

Dr Hailstone himself is fine. Unfortunately like every other medical provider in this town his staff’s follow up SUCKS! They can’t be bothered to answer the phone. In theory you could leave a message either by email (whoever left the VM message giving the email address has something in his mouth while he speed reads the address so basically useless) and the phone hangs up before you can leave your message. When I have managed to get them on the line they promise to take care of getting my prescriptions sent into the pharmacy or follow up with lab results etc but never do! You can’t even pop into their office as they lock the doors and you have to text them to let you in. The medical options in this city is a joke!

I really like Dr Hailstone.... however getting through to the office had been increasingly more difficult. I emailed for the 3rd time asking for my labs to be emailed to me since the doctor was unable to make 2 phone apts.... this was the response I got from the office email: "A simple email is all it takes. Follow directions on the voicemail system. Very easy. Enjoy your day." If only it were that easy! I've sent several emails and called several times.

Doctor Hailstone is very nice and takes his time with you to help. That’s probably where the positive ends. Other than that, there isn’t a worse doctor’s office in all of Las Vegas. And if there was a Worst Doctor’s Office in America contest, you’re probably looking at the #1 seed. Next to impossible to get someone on the phone. Next to impossible to make an appointment. They forget to call in prescriptions. They take vacations and close the office frequently. Hours are terrible. Both the front desk phone number and appointment number fail at times. When they work properly, and you are able to leave a message, nobody will ever call you back. Want to make a phone appointment? They will call you hours and hours after it’s scheduled IF they call you AT ALL! An absolute nightmare of a doctor’

Doctor Hailstone is amazing. He listens and takes his time with every patient. The front desk staff is nice to me, but they honestly suck at answering the phone. Overall a great doctors office if the phone issues somehow got resolved.

The doctor is great. He spends time with you, he explains things to you, he is nice and personable. I trust him 100%. His office staff is OK. They seem to change a lot, I think that's common for the times. I've had some problems with prescriptions and sending them to the wrong pharmacies, but I'm giving them grace since I think they're new.
