Trauma/Neuro Intensive Care Unit: Sutter Roseville Medical Center

I don’t even know where to start, this ICU team saved my life twice in one stay, and took the best care of me, and made me feel as if I was there only patient. I’m still at home recuperating and still putting pieces together of everything that happened, but there’s one thing I know for sure, is that I was in the best care by a fantastic, quick acting, team. Thank you ICU….. you are forever my angels 👼 🙏

3 yrs ago, I was taken to Sutter Trauma after a critical car accident. 8 broken ribs, broken hip, fractured pelvis, pubic, vertebrae, blood clot,. This place replaced my hip but when I kept failing lower and lower, they couldn’t figure out why. I was getting worse and on the 7th day (2 hours after the trauma team had signed off of me!!!!!!!!!!), my body started crashing. My son said the Dr. was walking back and forth in my hospital room trying to figure out what it could be. Then he looked down to the urine bag absolutely filled with pus. SEPSIS..!!!!!!!! Does this sound like a place you’d want to be taken to?

My husband had a motorcycle accident and was transferred via helicopter to this hospital. I was pregnant with our first child, and even though he ended up dying, the doctors gave us the best service, explained me all the alternatives we had, and made me feel confident and secure in all the decisions we were making. I will never forget the amazing nurses, doctors and staff that work in this hospital.

My husband was Air lifted to this unit on Friday October 29 and was in the ICU for six days battling a sepsis infection. His life was truly on the line. I was afraid I was going to lose him. The nurses and doctor's on that unit were true Angels and took such amazing care of my husband. I am truly grateful to all of them. God Bless you.🙏❤️

My son was here at the Trauma/ Neuro Unit in February. The unit treated my son with dignity and respect. They treated all of us with compassion and much understanding. So grateful to ALL of you!😍
