Transitions PT has helped me when no one else could. I have chronic pain from a spinal cord injury and pretty much need to relearn how to walk. Sean and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. They educate you on how the exercises specifically help you improve functionality, stability and control. You get the connection and will actually do them at home. Most importantly, I see results and continued improvement! These folks rock! Their postural restoration method REALLY works. It is vastly different from any other type of physical therapy I have ever tried but it absolutely works.
