Lucinda really knows how to get in there and loosen up your tight muscles. Her training and experience is quite apparent. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and she really performed deep tissue unlike any sports or therapeutic massage I’ve ever had before. It was quite intense at times, but when she was finished, I felt less tense and had better range of movement with less pain in my neck and shoulder area. I will definitely schedule some follow up visits. Highly recommended!
