To be honest I don’t even think this review matters because I guess nothing changes in the office based on reviews. I WAS a new client because I’ve heard great things but went in for migraines a few weeks ago but after today I will not be going back I will be finding a new PCP. Seem to always be busy to return any of the calls to get a prescription. I’ve been calling since last Friday with no calls returned. Not even voicemail returned. Left a email but inbox was full. Whoever you have behind the call on Monday she was so rude and acted like she hated her job no customer service. She literally cut me off and hung up on me when I had questions. Very unprofessional. I only leave Google reviews when needed I thought that it would be a good fit here but apparently it was my mistake. The doctor

While I was originally hopeful for this doctor because of reviews and stuff, they stopped listening to me the second they found out im trans nonbinary. I was severely sick with a cold and needed to start a medical leave cause im immunocompromised and had already been out of work a week and they force us to use fmla as our sick leave. The website had pricing info for fmla and paperwork stuff but there was a sign in the exam room that said they stopped doing it back in 2022. Dr. Harbison got that info after my initial exam and finding out I was trans and tried to send me to a cardiologist. I tried to explain that they don't treat dysautonomia, I needed a neurologist if they were going to refer me out like that, and I was kinda just ignored from that point on. Okay experience, I came to this office because I heard great things about the doctor but the front girls really killed my experience. At first upon arriving I stood in front of one lady for like 10 seconds and she did not acknowledge me at all, I also work in health care so I know how busy it can get but she was not doing anything, just staring at her computer, she could have at least told me she was busy, when the other girl waved me over and gave me my paper work, I returned it and while asking her questions she remained paying attention to her computer and spaced out multiple times, I had to repeat my questions twice and I usually don’t mind but it was very unprofessional and it seems like they were just annoyed I was there . I have to be honest, I have not seen a doctor in 20ish years, so very nervous! Dr. Harbison made me feel very comfortable. We are working on my issues, and I am very confident in her diagnosis. Dr Harbison listened to my requests, let me explain my situation and I will be returning any time I need a doctor.

Dr. Harbison is the best! Update: due to how I’ve been treated (and not treated) by Dr. Harbison’s team I doubt I’ll be coming back. Their communication is awful and has affected my health and my access to get further care. I would avoid this place if you want to know anything about your health. Ive been dealing with an unknown illness for a about two years that causes dizziness and extreme pain. I came to Dr. Harbison to help manage my pain and to get diagnosed. She was able to figure out what was wrong after a few scans and for the first time in years I know what’s going on with my body. I wish I could rate her separately because she deserves five stars.
