Dr. Feimster and her staff were absolutely wonderful to work with! On the day of my visit, they were a small, but extremely efficient staff of three. Cynthia greeted me at the front desk and got me checked in. Sophia, Dental Assistant, got me prepped and ready to see Dr. Feimster. They were all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I truly enjoyed how each person took time to explain what they were doing and allowed me to ask questions. My case was pretty advanced, and I was dealing with pain by the time I sought treatment. Dr. Feimster was very open and honest about the possibilities, but she worked diligently and ultimately saved my tooth!! I had a root canal done in May of 2024 and I found this place due to it being in network and the overall rating was good. The people that ran the place initially was very nice but recently when I went to my regular dentist they informed me that I still had infection from when I had the procedure done. I went to a different practice, which completed a 3D scan and told me that the dentist missed a canal. When I went back to speak with the dentist around 9 am, which is the time they were supposed to open, the receptionist, didn't come to open the door until 9:30. When I came back around 12 which was the appointment time, the dentist didn't arrive until around 12:30. I could understand if she was with a patient, but she wasn't even in the office. I was searching for an Endodontist and had no recommendations that I felt comfortable with. I begun calling around to various Endodontist offices and was turned off by the person who answered the phone. But when I called Tranquility Spa the employee who answered the phone was very caring, kind and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I chose TRANSQUILITY SPA because I felt this was the place that I wanted to trust my mouth health with. The staff were just as nice in person as they were on the phone. My husband went for a root canal last year with Dr. Feimster, as she was in our network. Today, he had to go see an endodontist for problems with the same tooth. Turns out she missed a nerve ! How do you miss a nerve? Now he has to have it redone. Do not recommend.

I was referred to an endodontist because of an infection under my tooth. I went to her because she was in my network. She said I need a 3D x-ray to check for a crack which I agreed to for about 500 dollars. Then she drills my tooth out puts in a temporary filling and sends me on my way until my next appointment which is a month away. A day or so goes by and my tooth is hurting so bad, I call her back and was told what does my paper work tells me to do if my tooth hurts, which says to take Tylenol, no concerns that my tooth is hurting so bad, so I take Tylenol. I take so much Tylenol I break out with a rash. A couple of days go by and still hurting, I called back, same thing take Tylenol. I tuff it out until my appointment.
