Despite my being late for my appointment, I received a friendly, professional greeting from Erin. I had scheduled a 30 minute massage and Erin asked what I was feeling for pain or discomfort. I didn't try to self-diagnose the root cause but left it to Erin's expertise. She was spot on - quite literally. My only regret is that I wish I'd scheduled the 60 minutes.
