Trang Pharmacy

The old guy (called Pharmacist) in the store is very rude and unprofessional, uneducated person. I can’t stand him any more. So many times he talked to customers so rude. I had to transfer all my mom’s prescriptions to another pharmacy.

One star is for customer service. I don’t understand why a Pharmacist has to be angry when customers just inform him certain medicines are not need to be refilled. When we said we do not need certain vitamins refilled the Pharmacist said so loud in the room like this: “Then do not go to doctor any more”!!!! what’s kind of a professional service is that? “Are you getting mad because of loosing money from the health insurance company??? I believed if I told like that to any Pharmacist at Walgreen or CVS, they will just say “ok we will take the auto refill off and whenever you need please let us know”. Be Professional within duties of a Pharmacist should be!

DO NOT waste your time seeing the doctor at this place if you want to live!..These people do not care about your health..They only want your money and by doing so they will diagnose you with anything they feel like..I was told to take medications for heartburns and acid reflex for years just to find out I had a hole in my intestine all those years that eventually almost took my life..I only found out when I was in the E.R. clinging to my life in Florida..My great uncle went in for pain in his mouth and neck area a couple of times..The doctor told him to take some over the counter pain medications and then eventually told him to go see his dentist for further evaluation when the pain worsen..The dentist told him to go to the ER immediately and that’s when he found out that he had stage 4 th

The fact that one of your pharmacy technician took my sister’s phone number from her file and text her that he is attached to her is unacceptable. This is against the law. Her information should be provide and kept secure. This is disgusting of the pharmacy to allow an employee to do that. I would give this place no stars.
