I've been coming here for several years and I really enjoy that she takes the time to listen and explain her professional input on any of my concerns about my eyes. She also does her best to educate me on risks regarding my high prescription! Overall every single visit I've only felt welcomed and heard and I can tell she truly cares for my health.

Dr. Trang is very rude, she’s just wants the money. She rushes things and doesn’t care at all.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the Dr.Trang. She was extremely rude and dismissive, constantly cutting me off whenever I tried to explain my concerns. It felt like she had no interest in listening or addressing my needs. However, the staff members were kind and professional, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, good service from the staff does not make up for the doctor’s lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares about patients.

If there were fewer than one star, I would have chosen it. This doctor is just a rip-off. She charged me $40 just to send my prescription to the pharmacy. She is doing something illegal and should be judged for it. This is on top of her rudeness and telling the patient you have 15 minutes only. I have never heard of those rules in my life. I would never go back there, and I advise everyone not to go there.

She was thorough, yet patient, and incredibly attentive, offering personalized care that truly stood out. She took the time to answer all my questions comprehensively, ensuring I left with no doubts about my eye health. I highly recommend her for anyone in search of an optometrist who combines expertise with genuine care for her patients. Thank you!
