Steve has helped me over the years recover from basic wear and tear, but most remarkably, he is able to bring comfort to my mother. She’s getting up there in age and has her challenges, but getting to her massages is easy. Steve lowers the table for her to access. Steve senses where her soreness is and tailors his pressure to be gentle yet effective. He tells my mom how the muscles attach and why tension in certain areas may send pain to other areas. He’s very patient and caring towards her. My mom “feels like a new person” afterwards and the relief she feels is priceless. The healing she gets from Steve is a million times better than anything a doctor could prescribe.

Steve has an amazing feel for what muscles need to recover fast and continue improving on my performance for long distance triathlons. His technique is unique and will help you without getting into painful massages (previous experiences). Wish I had met him before!

Steve is the best massage therapist! I started seeing him a year and a half ago for an ankle sprain and the sports massages have been instrumental in my recovery. He helped me way more than my first physical therapist (he recommended the physical therapists who are actually helpful!). As a female, I haven't used a male massage therapist before, but Steve puts me completely at ease and I recommend him to everyone!

Steve's level of professionalism is amazing. Steve's level of confidence and knowledge shows in the skills that he utilizes while giving you the care required. Steve is attentive and always listens to your concerns. After having a session with Steve I feel 110% better. The only regret anybody will have is not contacting him.

Steve is simply the best sports massage therapist in the area. I have been a client for ~7 years, and recommend him regularly. I see him for the usual aches and pains that strike runners, and I consider it a key element of good recovery and “pre-hab”.
