Tradition HealthPark One

I've never been here before this day 7/9/24 and I was a bit confused by Googles directions. They showed this building, "Healthpark ONE" over by the Heli pad in the grass, ugh! Upon driving around I finally came across Healthpark TWO and found building ONE. I was very happy there was plenty of parking and very close to the front! I have to say, inside was like a ghost town! Only 2 older gentleman, with whom were extremely nice and friendly and gave me directions to the floor and Doctor I was looking for. There were no people, just the 2 gentleman at the desk/table and the place was eerily quite. I didn't see 1 patient, a Doctor or nurse nothing. The same thing as I got out of the elevator. My granddaughter was recently in the pediatric unit here. We had a wonderful experience! The nurses were great! Christine so personable, helpful & wonderful. Pat, so knowledgeable and calming. I don't remember all of their names, but they were all very caring & competent. Also, the pediatricians so caring. They took so much time with us, very thorough & kind. Extra kudos to Dr.Kornfeld!! I highly recommend this hospital!

My doctor has left, replaced by a PA … they just double-billed Medicare who refused the 2nd billing and which should have been coded for an office visit only, NOT my annual Wellness exam, which I thought was cancelled, and replaced with just an office visit. So, now they are charging me for having had a Wellness Exam before the 12-month time-frame that Medicare will allow. Except, I am being billed for $692, not the Medicare amount that would have been covered at less than $200!! These people running the show at Cleveland Clinic are pushing out the good service providers, telling them to double-book appointments, spend no more than 10 or 15 minutes with a patient and pulling crap like this with the billings. Patients have other options, and will have a new Tenet hospital down on Becker

I wanted to share that Sara, MA for Arlene Morrison, was superb assisting my elderly mother during our primary care visit after a hospital stay. She very gently removed a bandage covering a hematoma formed at the hospital, and treated both of us professionally. Sara provided care and an approach that was greatly appreciated.

Absolute horrific nightmare. Year wait to see your doctor. Waited a year TWICE, only for them to call me days before my annual saying they needed to switch me to a nurse practitioner. TWO YEARS in a row. Then I switched doctors only to have her quit. I’m currently in limbo without a primary at all (not sure if that’s even allowed on my insurance) and I’m seeing a nurse practitioner for everything while I wait another YEAR to see a real doctor. I’d go elsewhere but health care in PSL is a sick joke. I’m at the point where I’m paying extra to see specialists, even for trivial things because no one has time to wait. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This has been going on years. Clearly zero intention to fix it either.
