If there is a review you need to read, it’s this one. I came into Tracy Smiles and Ortho about a year and a half ago, needing three root canals to be extracted and changed into implants. I was assigned to Dr. Karri and right away knew that she had a different and superior level of care than any other dentist I’ve had. She listened to my concerns every time I needed something, and really prepared me for the long journey ahead. I had my extractions and needed them to heal for a few months and when I came back in she was already certified to start doing implants. Even the doctor who oversaw the treatment was impressed with how well the implant was placed and how nicely it healed. Once it was time to get my crowns, one lab couldn’t shade match or shape match my new crowns and she went 100% out

Great experience. Arrived at Tracy Smiles as a new patient this morning, about 10:00 with two problem teeth. The staff was great I had an appointment in about 20 minutes (same day). They did everything they could to make my visit as easy and comfortable as possible. Very patiently explained the paperwork and the process. Dr Karri is extremely capable and compassionate. Great skill in helping patients through their dental issues. This office has the latest and best technology that helps reduce the stress and anxiety also the most accurate picture of a patient's needs. Dr. Karri and the entire staff have my praise.

I had such a good experience at Tracy Smiles Dentistry!! I had Dr Karri, and she was excellent she was so thorough and gentle, they did all they could to save my tooth because it cracked and chipped off, more than satisfied with the work that was done. I was in and out, same day with a crown and a cleaning. My hygienist was Megan who was also thorough and gave a bunch of tips to keep healthy gums. Huge thank you to Amanda recommending this office and for setting all this up! Booking my appointments and explaining payment plans as an option if needed! This team did an awesome job!! Tracy Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics I do not recommend this office. In my experience, they did not handle my case properly and it caused unnecessary stress. During my first visit, they created a dental treatment plan and collected my portion of the payment in full. However, they billed my insurance company incorrectly. When I contacted my insurance company, they informed me that the office had not provided proper clarification regarding the billing. After requesting clarification, my insurance paid the allowed amount and informed me that my responsibility for that procedure should have been only $77. Despite this, the office collected more $97 from me. I paid under protest to avoid further issues. Later, they sent me statements for an alleged unpaid balance of $134.50 and even sent
