I’ve had Tracey as my GP for 22 years. She’s top notch in diagnosing. Her practice is better than most. A few flaws over the years have been her staff. I would recommend her to anyone. If you want a doctor who cares she’s the best out there.

Dr. Brennan and Sarah are always willing to help with my needs as they are easy to talk to . Staff makes you feel like a person not a number . This is why I chose a smaller office to receive my care . I was able to get an appointment when I called not leave a message . I was also called with my results of my testing that was completed .....I didnt have to chase it down myself . This is hard to come by in offices these days . Keep up the good work gals !

I had an original appointment scheduled 10/4. Due to a car accident I rescheduled for today 11/27/23. I am a single mom and I had just come back from 2 week vacation and asked for more time off to have my daughter get a physical because she wants to commence working, and needs working papers. I filled out the 4 pages sent in the mail for a new patient. Attempted to log into the portal and today as I’m walking out the door to my appointment, I call for a confirmation. Heidi the receptionist tells me the appointment was cancelled today. I told her I in no way did this. I have no message on my phone and I did not respond. Have been with Dr. Brennan for many years. She used to be terrific, but the only thing I can think is that she's decided to be semi-retired. Try getting an appointment and you'll have to wait--not weeks-- months. She has become a fair-weather doctor. Try getting a same-day or next day appointment when you're sick. Good luck. But they're happy to have you come in for your annual physical. And that's about it. Her PA is nice enough but comes across as pretty inexperienced and lacking in confidence. Depending on the day, the staff is helpful or not. Civil or not. Call with a question? You'll be told to wait until you come in for your appointment, which is, yep, scheduled months away. So, who's my primary care now? Urgent Care, where you can actually get a same-day or next day appointment.

Never went back to this office after my 3rd appointment, I never got to see the Doctor, but, her nurse, is cold, rude, and rough, after telling the nurse, I felt like I was getting a cold, she said it was ok to still get the FLU shot, being my first appointment they forgot to give it to me, So, I ust went with it, I have never been so sick, in my life, the first time I have ever had the FLU!
