TPMG West Point Family Medicine

Despite my earnest efforts to advocate for myself as a patient, I felt this practice ultimately failed to provide the quality care I needed. My experience suggests a lack of commitment to a full and comprehensive assessment of my condition. While my initial interaction with provider Savannah showed some promise, the subsequent follow-up care was profoundly disappointing. It was characterized by an approach that felt both poorly executed and dismissive of my ongoing concerns. As a patient, I felt unheard and ultimately dismissed in my pursuit of effective treatment. I encourage others to seek care elsewhere for a more attentive and complete patient experience.

The 3 going on 4 years I have been a patient at this facility they have had to assign a new doctor/nurse practitioner every year. If you are chronically ill and need consistency this is not the place to attend. The nurse, phlebotomist, and doctors have changed more times than I can count.

My nurse, Crystal, and my doctor, Lisa Cash, were both very attentive to my immediate needs today. Crystal is always very thorough on the intake and it is very obvious that Dr. Cash pays close attention to her notes. As always, they are both very compassionate and committed to meeting my needs. Dr. Cash took time with me on our or video appointment today and explained things to me when I had questions about treatment for COVID. I am very grateful for her and her entire staff's compassion and professionalism each and every time I need their help.

I switched from my previous PCP to TPMG West Point. They got me in quick being a new patient. The receptionist was very kind and I got back to a room very quickly. I have high standards being a RN myself. Jocelyn Reese NP was very thorough and showed no judgement. I look forward to having a new health care provider I can trust. I strongly recommend TPMG West Point!!!!

Jennifer Vannoy, NP is a gem! She is so compassionate and attentive to details and remembers me and my health and situations from visit to visit. She goes over and above to hear all of my medical needs and questions and addresses them appropriately and thoroughly and follows up to make sure all of my issues have been addressed. I highly recommend her.
