Adam was EXCELLENT. I am a very difficult stick and he got me the first time. He didn't have to poke around to find my vein. It was wonderful. Plus, he is very nice, kind and knowledgeable, too. I am so grateful he drew my blood. It was an extremely pleasant experience of something that has not been so in the past. Thank you again, Adam!!!!

I’m so sorry that I do not remember the nurse’s name. I am a large woman and often nurses have trouble finding a good vein on me for lab work. The nurse that was on duty today, Aug 19th, at 9:30am took me 2hours early and made the procedure look like child’s play. The young lady got the vein on the first poke and before I knew it I was finished. She was excellent!!

I was seen almost immediately and the person who drew my blood was very professional and did an expert job. The facility was very clean. An altogether pleasant experience.

The young lady that checked me in also did my labwork. She was very nice and got the task done safely, quickly and she was drew my blood with absolutely no pain! I certainly appreciated that!!

Had an 8:10 am appointment, waited 45 minutes and when I inquired about the delay, all I was rudely/ignorantly by office staff person was the lab tech was not there. Then 15 minutes later a group of us was informed that the lab tech wouldn’t be arriving and we were directed to go to suite 114 for labs tests.
