TPMG Holland Road Family Medicine

I really wanted to like this practice, but unfortunately, TPMG does not seem to prioritize patient experience. Many of their policies feel inconvenient and inflexible. For example, patients are not allowed to switch providers, and if your physician is unavailable for a sick visit, you cannot be seen by another available provider. Additionally, bloodwork is not handled in-office, requiring a trip to the hospital, which is often time-consuming and inconvenient. I’ve been with the practice for years, yet scheduling has remained difficult. Appointments have been randomly rescheduled, and available time slots are limited. Came in with the start of shingles, had them 7 years ago in the exact area James quickly sent prescription but forgot pain meds. I had to call back for the med. so could not get until the next day. Hoping for some relief in the coming days. I have been a patient here for almost 40 years. Love the staff!

I had Dr. Fenderson years ago for my doctor. He was an amazing Physician. I can't say enough great things about him and his service. At that time he was getting ready to retire. Wishing him and his family the best. Happy Holiday to everyone working in the office. Have a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Dr Fiala is always kind and professional. She takes the time to listen and give her professional feedback when needed. I’m happy to have her as my primary care physician. Her nurse is always nice and makes you feel welcome! And the reception team is always professional as the front line of the business.

Every time I call TPMG, I always seem to get the same person on the phone — and they are consistently kind, patient, and helpful. Today I was feeling really overwhelmed and frustrated trying to get answers through the patient portal, so I decided to call instead. As always, the same familiar and reassuring voice answered — Jess — and they immediately helped me get the information I needed. Jess was compassionate, quick, and genuinely cared about my situation. I truly appreciate them taking the time to help me and make the process so much less stressful. Thank you, Jess, for being such a wonderful representative of TPMG!
