Staff and nursing were very knowledgeable and available. My experience, however, with the doctor, Ryan Light, was very bizarre. I'm not overly pretentious. I consider myself to be very laid back, as was he during the visit. He seemed to have established a good rapport with me, not only through his actions and speech, but also through his knowledge of his craft. He also appeared to be a great active listener, which was terrific. The visit, however, took a turn when he brought up his unpromoted take about slavery to an African American DURING black history month. His take was that African American people wanted to be enslaved in the beginning. I fault myself for not speaking up in the moment or doing anything to correct his rant. When I say Caitlyn, Josiah, and Dr Ryan Ligh saved my life these last few weeks I mean it. After over a month of multiple ER visits and a year of aweful sinus infection.. the pain Ive been in has been unbearable. After being examined and going over my imaging they diagnosed me with TN and started me on treatment asap. Referral to pain management and ent and Nero ect. Ive been blown off by MANY doctors this year. These 3 have never given up on me and I owe them everything. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being so caring for your patients and taking your jobs seriously. Forever greatful for your team!

I give the stars to the actual physicians. I would give the clerical staff a negative review if I could. My very fist time there i was put on hold... I drove the entire way there on hold!! The staff listens to respond rather than understand. Its more important for them to be right than to listen. I needed a pre- authorization for a medication. I even spelled the brand name and the generic name and they still got it wrong. When I tried to explain... the rep over talked me and said it was the pharmacies fault. The pharmacy had already fixed their part. When they realized they made a mistake they told me it could take up to two weeks to fix it which is almost impossible in 2025. I was given attitude when I called multiple times when all I required was for them yo do their job.I was treated a

The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and professional. This means a lot to me because my former doctor had a very rude staff, and that’s why I left!! Dr. Light is the best, he listens to your concerns and I love that he always has other options for treatment. The young man that takes your blood is amazing!! I have small veins, and I always get anxious when it’s time to have my blood drawn but not anymore!! The young man always gets my blood on the first try!! Dr. Light and his entire staff is absolutely amazing. A big shout out to the ladies that make the appointments. Your kindness and compassion is truly appreciated!! A great team of people that truly cares, thank you!!

Doctor Light was very professional, and gave great insight and understanding to a few conditions I was coming in with as a new patient. The office staff were very kind, were very prompt and made the admin work very easy process. The support nurses and staff were also very professional and friendly. Needless to say this practice takes professionalism of health care very seriously. Was definitely a pleasant first time visit as a new patient. Glad I'm a patient at this practice. Bonus plus that they were playing Christian music and encourage Biblical conversation! Hallelujah!
