I rely on reviews for almost everything. So I always take the time to write one when I have the opportunity. Maybe it’s because I have truly had the worst primary care office ever this past year, but…. Good medical care(especially primary care) is so hard to find. With my insurance I am coming from a crappy medical clinic and am so so glad to have been given the opportunity to have an appt at a place that accepts my insurance and provides quality care. Today I had my visit with Dr. Samantha Morris and she was PHENOMENAL. She listened, was attentive, and seemed to be efficient and accurate with documentation needed for my basic medications and overall health concerns. Prospective new patient. I was instructed to fill out the new patient form and upload it into the portal, except I did not have access to the portal because I was a new patient. I called the week before my appointment and left a voicemail in the morning indicating I could not drop the form off due to a work conflict and that the portal did not work. I received a voicemail around 4:00pm that day (Friday) from Rachel indicating it was no problem, to drop the form off on Monday (MLK Day), and they will be open. Monday morning I received a voicemail and a text saying my appointment was cancelled because they did not have my new patient form. I called immediately and left a message because again no one answered. I called again an hour or so later because I did not hear back. I explained to th

My husband and I had appointments scheduled for the upcoming week. His appointment was supposed to be tomorrow. The office called today and said they cancelled the appointment because he didn't turn in the new patient paperwork a week prior to the appointment. I found this strange as this wasn't mentioned on the phone originally and when we called to make the appointment they said we could come in to our appointments early and fill out the paperwork. No solution was offered besides well next time we will schedule you once we first have the paperwork. I have never had any of my doctors operate like this. I also find it strange that if they needed the paperwork a week prior why are they only just now reaching out to us? Seems like the front desk needs to be re-examined!

The Docs, nurses, and medical team here have always great. I previously posted a 1star review of this practice due to the front desk. In the visits since then I have seen a big change in the staff, organization and the attitude of the front office team. EXCELLENT WORK TURNING THAT AROUND!

TPMG staff was awesome, all the way from Ms. Petra that assisted me on aligning my appointment that had a conflict of schedule with another appointment and she was able to find a window so I would make it there in time. The nurse that did my blood drawn was super smooth. Dr. Starr was also wonderful; she was able to decipher my bloodwork results, provide medical advise and took care of my medical needs. Thank you.
