From check in to check out everyone here is always cheerful, I’ve never had a hint of anyone having a bad day. John Goodwin is one of the few medical professionals who makes me feel heard. I highly recommend this location.

Used to be great. But their office is a complete mess. They don't respond to pharmacists' FIVE requests for refills at all, they called me SIX TIMES for my insurance information, which I gave them ALL SIX TIMES, and on top of that, when I called to speak to someone, the girl who answered was rude as hell. Update: THEY RESPOND BY ASKING ME TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE MANAGER, YET I'VE LEFT 6 MESSAGES (BC YOU *NEVER* GET A LIVE PERSON TO ANSWER YOUR CALL) ASKING THEM TO HAVE HER CALL ME JUST IN THE LAST WEEK ALONE AND YET I HAVEN'T HEARD A PEEP. SO THAT RESPONSE IS JUST RIDICULOUS. FILLER TO TRY TO MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE THEY CARE. Complete mess. I love Dr. Joshi but it's not worth having to deal with this disaster of an office staff.

I have been waiting for my follow up appointment for weeks just to be called 20 minute prior to my scheduled appointment and told I need more labs. This is something that could have easily been avoided by the office doing more than just the bare minimum. I never received anything stating I needed more lab work prior to today. I spoke with a person from the office last week. They could have mentioned it then. NOPE....I get a call 20 minutes prior. Then the scheduler on the phone has no reasonable explanation, just a condescending tone of "sorry, we could have done that". SMH. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks just to speak to the doctor and my condition is no better than the last time we spoke. This location really should evaluate the scheduling policy because it is not a good representation

John Goodwin is a rare breed of medical professionals. I am very lucky to have been set up with him as my endocrinologist. He exhibits empathy and understanding in all aspects of his care and has supported me through any questions, curiosities and explorations as we’ve navigated my health together. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Petersen is the best there is. He has always gone above and beyond and put a lot of time and thought into helping me. I’ve travelled to other states for care and treatment at well-known hospitals for separate issues. And he is the best there is. The world needs more Dr. Petersens!
