TPMG Coastal Allergy

Full transparency, I have never been to this office before. I called as a new patient yesterday, in desperate need of help after suffering with hives on and off for 6 months. I have been working with my dermatologist for years, and the best they could do was get me in for an appointment IN MARCH. Since my derm told me I would likely need to see an allergist, I took my shot with this office, and I'm glad I did. I was greeted by kind, warm and welcoming voices who expressed true empathy and squeezed me in on a cancellation they had next week. I was thoroughly impressed and have to say that this has been the best first impression I've received from any specialists since moving to Virginia. The staff is top notch, they are always friendly and helpful, kudos to the staff that handled the appointment line, they have a new doctor that speaks Spanish that is a plus, and they have appointments in a timely manner, I highly recommend this office.

I recently went for an allergy visit with a dr that I hadn’t seen before (my doc was in maternity leave). I have never regretted a drs visit more. The dr was MIA and I had to step out into the hallway to see if they had forgotten about me since it had been at least 30 minutes and I was supposedly the second visit of the day. The doctor came in gaslighted me about my symptoms and said oh well take Allegra you’ll be fine. I asked for a refill on my albuterol it was never sent. I then get a bill 4 months after the visit. Overall just janky. Go somewhere else

Pleasant people, always so nice. Shots most of the time don't hurt. Doctor Ortiz is amazing. Always there for you. Front desk people seem to remember everyone's name. Office management is always there to help with your insurance. I would never go any where else.

I am VERY pleased with this practice. From the beginning Dr. Ortiz was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very easy going personality. The receptionist that signs you in for shots has such a pleasant personality. Makes my day. The ladies who give the shots are very sweet and professional. I used to get shots at another practice years ago and they were nothing like this practice.
