The place is cool. It’s near me and I like coming here. The older doctor who retired was very nice and I’m excited to see the new doctor in place. If I had a complaint I think I’ll have to say that tv in the waiting room is the loudest thing I ever heard. The funny thing is I’m hearing impaired so I wear hearing aids but it’s so loud to me that it’s very difficult to talk to the receptionist but once I’m in the back I feel much better. The tv loops with these 50 states travel guides and it’s blasting out things like “… in the Great Lakes there’s a hidden challenge lurking underneath…” and I’m trying to listen to the receptionist but the tv is so overwhelmingly loud I’m just like you know maybe write it down and I’ll read it and let you know. Extremely disappointed with the severe and immediate drop in quality in service since Dr. Davis left. I contacted TPMG to cancel an appointment more than 72 hours in advance (in accordance with TPMG's 24-hour cancellation policy) and was threatened by two staff members with cancellation fees and referral to a collection agency. After informing the office that I no longer wished to be a patient, I received a letter signed by Ronnie Fayad, DO (the physician who replaced Dr. Davis) that included defamatory accusations and purported to end the patient-physician relationship I had already ended. Completely unprofessional behavior and response to the predatory and improper actions of his staff. Truly sad to see TPMG's service fall off so quickly. Was a patient for over 7 years and never had

Doctors and staff are great. It's annoying though having to go to a separate location and wait just to get labs done.

Disgraceful, I am a new patient of Dr Han, I chose this facility because of the good reviews - I called last night which was day 3 of a fever at 103.4 - I’m actually confused why she took my call as she said to go to urgent care because she doesn’t accept sick call patients, NOT that they didn’t have an opening she literally said, “we only take well patients.” If you’re looking for a good doctor, I would pass on this one unless you enjoy standing outside in the cold with a baby to be seen by urgent care.

Dr. Hart cares. legitimately, wholeheartedly, cares. Just cross your fingers she's accepting new patients. As a bonus, the team that keeps the gears spinning are respectful, knowledgeable, and put in the effort every time I've interacted with them. Highly recommend.
