TPG - Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine

I was a patient at TPG in Sherman, TX for my daughter beginning when she was 2 months old. She is now 21 months old. I stopped bringing her to this office after her 15-month vaccinations and a subsequent infection. I want to clearly state that the nurses and doctors were always wonderful with my daughter. I have no complaints regarding the bedside care she received. However, I do have concerns regarding medical guidance. After my daughter experienced at least 5 ear infections, no referral to an ENT specialist was recommended. I ultimately had to seek care from two different providers before receiving a referral. Thank you so much Dr Goolsby!!! I was hesitant about TPG due to the fact of the high volume patient load, thinking we would just be ran through. I really appreciate Dr Goolsby her attentiveness, patience, and caring attitude along with professionalism with her patients. As a first time parent you want what’s best for your baby and Dr Goolsby does is just that! Thank you again for loving and caring for our little girl answering all our questions and really helping us understand not just brushing things off really makes this mom feel good!

LOVE TPG! The staff is absolutely amazing—they truly care. Every time you walk in, you’re greeted like family. Shyanne up front is so friendly and helpful, and the whole place just has the best energy. I’ve been coming here for years, and my kids always feel safe and comfortable. The team is professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond. I recommend TPG to everyone I know who isn’t already a patient!

Receptionist was in a bad mood when I checked my children in so she failed to understand I was checking in two children. When my first child was called back I informed the lovely nurse that I had 2 children... I then had to go back to front desk to check in my second child. I told the front desk what pharmacy my family used. I also told the nurse what pharmacy we used and the physician what pharmacy we used. Our pharmacy has not changed since going to tpg and they sent our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. We called to have prescriptions sent to right pharmacy, said they would. Now they are closed and the prescriptions were not sent. We have sick children with fevers and the flu, we are having to run around. I am extremely dissatisfied about this whole experience... I have been reading some of these reviews and you'll have to start speaking up for your kid. I love these doctors, the only thing that they want is to give your child the vaccines. I have asked them 3 times if I can postpone vaccines for a little and they are OK with it. I have also switched 12 ans 15 month vaccines and they are OK with it too.
