The staff is Very professional and courteous. They treat you like family. I always have a pleasant experience. The home delivery is the icing on the cake. If I could give more than 5 stars I would rate my monthly drop off experience is a 10.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY. My birth control was supposed to renew before my new insurance kicked in. two whole weeks later I still do not have my birth control because of an issue on THIS COMPANY's end. I called and spoke to Supervisor PAUL who admit that their system "glitched" and did not send renewal. They are expecting me to pay out of my own pocket for a prescription that should have been renewed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY who even when they admit fault, wont fix any of the issues. Currently working with an attorney who is helping me with this case against them.

Closes randomly despite website and phone saying open.

My medicine was supposed to be delivered today. I called prior and was assured it would be here. It is now 8 pm-i have received no phone call or my medicine. Extremely disappointed as I am without it for 2 more days.

TPC is awesome! They know who you are when you walk through the door and they treat you like you are a person that needs medication for their issues and not some drug addict.
