Tozer Lee Eye Center

I go to a LOT of doctors and this is the best medical office I have dealt with. Dr. Tozer is wonderful, thorough and professional. He always gives a detailed description of your exam. Is patient and answers all of your questions. The staff in this office is wonderful. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My last visit, Jack took me back to the exam room. He was welcoming and friendly and patient. When I called to make my appointment, Yvette took my call. This is the type of person every medical office should hire. She was so helpful, getting my appointment set up. There was a smile in her voice. I am writing this review as I have been dealing with some very impatient office people, and this office needs to know how good they are.

Very clean office and updated equipment, state of the art I would say. Pleasant staff. Dr Tozer was very professional, a bit impersonal but clearly a very knowledgeable Dr. My only reason for giving them 4 stars and not 5 was my appointment was scheduled for 2pm. The night before I got a txt confirmation for 8:15am and not 2pm. The office was closed so I couldn’t confirm the time so I went at the earlier time, thankfully they had me scheduled for the earlier time but I’m positive I made it for 2pm, to avoid the early morning traffic getting to the Mesa office on Alma School. It all worked out in the end.

The technicians were fantastic and very well trained. The doctor was actually very helpful and friendly today and Kristen in the triage department was phenomenal with helping give valuable information regarding prescriptions!! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and it made me realize that I want to keep Tozer Eye Center as my primary eyecare provider. What a great team of individuals

My experience with Dr. Sorenson and other staff was good. The only issue I have is that you charge for a written prescription. Isn't what you get from the insurance enough? If you charged less for the frames you offered you may sell more and not have to charge patients for their prescriptions.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is so kind, courteous and on time. The front desk people are excellent. I love this office. and have been going here for a few years. All of the doctors really listen and answer all of my questions.
