Really dislike leaving negative reviews especially after being with the Pharmacy for so many positive years, and loving them sometimes things just take a turn when there’s new employees. First off, Jeff I believe his name is I’m not sure. I think he’s the pharmacist or manager. He’s great and he always seems to have everything orderly and timely and correct information. I live quite far from that pharmacy. However, I stuck with them because during a shortage it was The easiest place to deal with and straightforward. Today is the second time I’ve had a very obnoxious experience. Noticed there was new workers. I called ahead of time asked my medicine to be run through. I was told it will be taken care of. I am very sad to say I will no longer have my prescriptions filled here. My doctor recommended this pharmacy almost a year ago. I was delighted to find a small business I could support with friendly staff. Yesterday, I had such an uncomfortable experience with the owner I will not return. First, he belittled the employee waiting on me for not following the “basket system” then announced this fact to the entire store. When I asked why my medication with insurance cost $50 which the month prior was $0, I was first given a sarcastic, dismissive answer to the effect of “ it’s January 2025” by the pharmacist. There were a few problems with my prescription as it was given to me by the doctor's office, but the staff here were extremely kind and helpful about it. As a nursing mother just a few weeks postpartum, I so appreciated the way the staff helped me understand the issues with my prescription, troubleshoot in the moment so I could still get what I needed, and quickly resolved the problem without any fuss and without making me do anything extra. They even communicated to me that they expected the fill to take a few days due to vacations, but they actually called me the very next morning to tell me that my prescription was ready for pickup.
