Towne Apothecary

Used to be great but now is awful. Staff is rude and has no clue what they’re doing. Prescription refills never filled on time then take days to arrive because they have to order it from somewhere else. Overall just terrible.

Our family have been using this pharmacy for 8 years without issues. The new pharmacist refused to fill my pain medication I have had filled for 8 years at this pharmacy without issues. He stated he’s dealt with people like me before, although he has never met me. Went to a different pharmacy and had my prescription filled the same day he stated he couldn’t fill it. Unfortunately we will not be going back and now have to use another pharmacy.

Very, very disappointed in this place, let me sit in pain for days,telling me there was an error on prescription, after talking to Dr we discovered I was being lied to nothing wrong with prescription, they just decided they didn't want to fill. Instead of just saying this so I can go elsewhere they kept making different excuses, not until Dr. Called (5 days later) we found it was the pharmacy not the surgeon. I was being Judged by someone that does not know me.

Got my prescription wrong and acted like it was my fault, and the lady at the pharmacy has a really rude attitude, like you're wasting her time for being there. Won't go back

It was my first time there. What a fabulous selection of gifts and sundries. The items we purchased were things we've never seen before, plus a lot of standards. We'll be back.
