Towncare Dental of Bonita Springs

My old dental office closed and I had to find a new dentist that took my insurance. I went to Towncare Dental and they are really really great! Today was my second visit there and I highly recommend Towncare Dental of Bonita Springs Because the staff is outstanding! Everyone from the front desk, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist, and the dentist are wonderful! They are all very professional And experienced! Thank you, everyone at Towncare Dental! I had to edit my post because I went back to Towncare Dental yesterday and let me tell you Dr. T is outstanding! Not only is he a very nice man, but he is an outstanding dentist! And again the staff is also outstanding. His assistant is also outstanding. I was there for about two hours yesterday having work done and they made me feel so

Dr Terrero is wonderful! So gentle and always ensures any procedures are pain free!!! Makes going to the dentist easy! Full of integrity, NO upselling and fair pricing even when I had no insurance! Took care of me in an emergency a few months ago and again for routine care today! 5-Stars!!!

Scheduling my first appointment at TownCare Dental of Bonita Springs was a breeze. I was initially concerned about the number of x-rays, but office manager George put me at ease explaining the process and minimal radiation exposure. He also did a great job explaining the proposed treatment, costs, and procedures. Wish every office manager were as knowledgeable and courteous as he.

Jorge, dental assistant, was very professional in reviewing my dental history. Procured xrays and pictures following thorough explanation. Leni, desk receptionist was friendly in initial greeting and checkout. George, office manager, was patient in answering my many questions regarding the treatment plan options and costs. Most importantly, Dr. Terrero expressed concern but also reassurance that my situation could be resolved. I will be following his recommendations and treatment plan.

I had a very poor experience here unfortunately as I was hoping to establish continuous care. The dentist was adamant I needed a deep cleaning. He came across very sales driven. He gave me a poor metaphor comparing my dental hygiene to "not cleaning your floors for 3 years." He said this is how he explains it to women. It made me wonder what metaphor he uses for men. Maybe like not getting an oil change. But I digress. My last cleaning was a year ago and I brush and floss twice a day so I wasn't buying it. I went and took my x rays to another dental office and got my cleaning immediately. No deep cleaning was necessary as I thought and the next visit is scheduled for 6 months. It's a shame when medical professionals see only dollar signs and that's definitely the impression I was left with
