I would give you 100 stars if I could! Just had a root canal this morning there, and am THRILLED with my specialist that performed the procedure! Absolutely NO PAIN during or after the root canal. Everyone from the front desk to the assistant were kind, caring and treated me with the utmost professionalism. I have another appointment in March and am looking forward to seeing everyone at the office! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Town and Country Dental. They truly care about my well-being. This is our third child getting braces here, and we’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, and they make both kids and parents feel comfortable. Carlos did an amazing job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, which we really appreciated. We’re so happy with the care we receive here and would definitely recommend this orthodontist to other families!

This is pretty close to the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. My personal dentist sent me to this location for oral surgery to have 2 difficult teeth removed. Since I’m on Medi-cal it was our only option. I gave one additional star because the front desk staff was pleasant when I called to make my appointment and got me in right away. However, it wasn’t until after I arrived that I found out I wasn’t even going to meet the oral surgeon. They decided they needed new x-rays even though I had just had them a few days earlier. When the dentist came in he never once greeted or addressed me all!! The most unprofessional experience I have ever had! He spoke with the x-Ray tech/assistant (?) but not even one word to me. It was like I wasn’t even sitting 2 feet from him!

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and I can confidently say Maria is the best ortho assistant around! The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is unmatched. Every visit is smooth and stress-free because of her. Truly top-tier service every single time!
