Town Center Dental

I have not been to a dentist in over 8 years.... which is why im writing this review. I do not know the dentists name that helped me but everyone there was very professional and was very impressed with my teeth after my first deep cleaning. I had bracket glue on the back of my teeth for years and after one cleaning I couldn't believe the results. 5 stars, 100%. Thank you! -Travis H.

Got a cavity fixed on my #2 tooth, the filling failed within a few days, went to get it fixed, few days later it failed again, called to get it fixed and no answer, left a voicemail message and no response. I am not surprised. He either doesn’t care to do it right or the bonding that he uses is so cheap that it doesn’t even work for a few days . The dentist/doctor never showed any signs of care for me, he always seemed to be in a hurry and then leave in a hurry without information unless I rushed to stop him and ask him for information and if he did answer questions it was in vague ways difficult to understand but he never forgot to make inappropriate comments such as “your oral health is not good” , it’s not good because this dentist/doctor is not good is what I say to that . Do not go here. As other more recent reviewers have stated, Dr Chae is terrible. He tried to say I needed 6 root canals but my insurance only approved 3, which I was pretty certain I didn't need any, as I had just been to another dentist a few months prior who never mentioned the need for root canals. When I arrived to my 3rd appointment with him I explained I did not want the root canals, just an extraction for a tooth that I plan to replace with an implant, he became even more rude than he had already been during my last 2 appoints. I just really needed this tooth pulled or I'd have walked out and told him where to go. After the extraction was done he didn't even stitch it shut, just told me, "not to say he didnt tell me so", about needing a bone graft and implant asap, and that, "i can

Had my bridge come off that was put by another dentist. Broke a tooth. Dentist temporarily glued on then I had the broken tooth removed along with 2 wisdom teeth. Bone graph for implant. Dentist was caring and kept asking if I was ok. They also work with you to offer lower cost with no insurance. I would recommend this office.

Old dentist was great but he sold the business and the new owner is shady. They told me I needed 6 root canals so I went to two other dentist to get X-rays and a second option and third opinion and the other two doctors said no way you do not need any root canals just a couple small cavity’s. Imagine if I would have agreed and had 6 root canals done when I didn’t need them!
