Town Center Dental

I have been going here for about two years. My first experience was great, got me in quick. Helped save teeth I had wanted pulled and got my dentures sorted out fantastically. Called this week with intense pain. Got me in super fast. Saved yet another tooth and kept me from having to get a new top denture! I didn't have to wait more then a day to get the pain under control, and in the chair and back to normal. Mary is so very kind, Dr. Pham is great at communicating. They are doing some weird stuff with the high fees they charge and getting patients to pay up front. Insurance would have covered the work. Then they never submitted the total bill to insurance! Insurance said they would reimburse the amount I paid up front if they would submit total bill. 2 + months later, they never submitted a bill to insurance even though they swore they had. Find another dental clinic. They are doing some shady stuff with their billing etc. Anyone reading this: you deserve better care & more respect. They seem all nice, but slick as a used car salesman. Stay far away.

Beware as they are taking advantage of the elderly and disabled when billing those on Social Security. Confirmed they took my wife's insurance before going in. My wife's coverage takes care of 100% up to certain amount. They had to have $500 cash and billing S.S. the rest. Confirmed with S.S. today that she had enough money in account to take care of the bill and that in no circumstances should they of taken cash before insurance, especially from ones who are on fixed incomes to begin with. I'm sure this is happening with others as well.

What a surprisingly pleasant dental experience! I highly recommend Dr. Pham who is experienced and skilled--he took care of my emergency with compassion and confidence.. The mood in the office is unstressed and personal. If you need a dentist, this is a great place!

I came in to have a very painful wisdom tooth removed in an emergency situation. They got me in quickly and without having insurance. They offered a great price compared to other offices I called around to. I have lots of dental issues and was very embarrassed to even go to the dentist. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and not at all self conscious. The dentist had such a calming and soothing voice which made the procedure go much easier for me. He went quickly and efficiently. I'm writing this review the next day with very little pain, bruising or swelling at all. I am so thankful for everyone at this office for taking such good care of me and helping me to feel better. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of my dental needs.
