Tower Health Urgent Care - North Coventry

I’ve been treated poorly every time I’ve come here. At my most recent visit, providers were rude and even trash-talking a previous patient (older gentleman!!) in the common back area. My husband and I came in a few days apart for the exact same symptoms. He was treated kindly and given antibiotics and steroids. I was treated like I was wasting their time, told it “wasn’t that bad,” and sent away with only OTC advice. When I asked whether I should be treated similarly since I’d only been around my husband all week, the provider acted like I was drug-seeking and flat-out told me she wasn’t giving me anything and to “try somewhere else.” How do two people with the same illness get treated so differently? I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor care and service we received at Tower Health Urgent Care – North Coventry. On 12/13/25 we waited for over one hour without being seen or having even basic vitals taken. During this time, the condition of the patient I was with continued to worsen. Despite the seriousness of her symptoms, no assessment was performed and no sense of urgency was shown. We ultimately made the decision to leave and go directly to the hospital. Thank God we did. Upon arrival, hospital staff informed us that had the urgent care taken her vitals, they would have immediately called for an ambulance due to the severity of her condition. That information was deeply alarming and underscores how dangerous the lack of assessment and delay at your facility truly

After being turned away from 2 other urgent care facilities (AFC and Tri-County Urgent Care, both in Phoenixville PA) because they were closing within 30 minutes and “had patients”, Tower Health Urgent Care welcomed me in 30 mins before close while they had other patients, took care of my wound, and sent me on my way (ended up leaving after business hours). The facility is clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. If you need care, do not waste your time anywhere else. They will make you feel important and treat you with respect and kindness when you need it the most.

I have had the occasion to visit the Urgent Care 2 times in the last 9 months when I have been to other Urgent Cares ever. All the staff is friendly but the medical staff go above and beyond. They take the time to explain what is happening and follow up with lab results. It is sad that I get a better level of care at the Urgent Care than I get from my PCP. If I could make the Urgent Care my primary, I would do that in a heartbeat.

Shout out to Ashley and Sherri for being wonderful. I was in and out in an hour with films and a diagnosis. Great place for same day care when needed.
