Tower Health Urgent Care - Exeter

Eevleen was very kind and very thorough! She did an excellent job providing feedback and explanation. The nurse practitioner there wouldn’t stop hitting on me, though hubba hubba (JK that was my husband) 😂

Nasty and dust like everywhere… came on a day hardly anyone was here… am waiting upwards of a hour. There was even two receptionists as well just sitting there.

Receptionist put a patient ahead of 3 patients that had been waiting for a minimum of an hour to be seen. The nurses and doctors aren’t privy to whom was first to register or who has been waiting. The policy here is to see patients in the order that they check in. The waiting area is small enough to see all of the people waiting. I find it difficult to understand how such an error can be made when everyone is visible to the receptionist. Really disappointing being this is the closest urgent care that accepts Blue Cross insurance.

NEW UPDATE**** DO NOT VISIT!!!! I went to urgent care because I needed an antibiotic for an infection. The "doctor" I guess didn't want me doing her job for her and told me to come back in 10 days if I'm still sick. I was charged $131.00 for HER to tell me to come back in 10 days? To be charged another $131.00? Contacted me on here and asked me to email them. I did. Heard nothing back. I guess they publicly answer on here and them ignore the email lmao. I had to wait 2 months for a regular doctors appointment (not with tower health) so I could finally get my antibiotic. As soon as my new doctor saw me she couldn't believe that I was denied treatment by Tower Health Urgent Care in Exeter. Update** Tower health contacted me as you see. I emailed them. My service was quick, but the stitch job was poorly executed. My injury was a partial flap evulsion (note photos). Instead of applying maxillofacial standards of suturing and anchoring the center of the flap and working outward, my Physician Assistant elected to start at one end and work towards the other. This procedural decision has left me with a poorly healed scar. I have no recourse now, but to accept an unsightly scar.
