Tower Health Urgent Care - Conshohocken

My experience at the Urgent Care was a very pleasant one, from all the medical receptionist at the front window, till I got into the back it was seen. My needs were taken care of very efficiently and I was out the front door in a little under a half an hour. Keep up the great work fellas

This is by far the friendliest and most efficient urgent care center I have ever been to. Every staff member was attentive and helpful. They took to the time to listen to me, and gave me time to ask questions, that ensured we were all on the same page as far as necessary treatment. I cannot thank them enough for such great care (and for the lollipop).

I cut myself in the kitchen and received tetanus, skin glue and 2 stitches. They accepted my insurance. Everyone were nice, understanding and knowledgeable. From receptionist and nurse to the doctor! I would go back there again for sure, I am just hoping I won’t have to. Update: I fell and cut a toe this time. It was even scarier than the first time. Again, the service was absolutely amazing!

This facility is conveniently located and parking was a breeze. The inside is nice, modern, and super clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I was checked-in, examined, and diagnosed quickly, with my prescriptions being electronically sent to the CVS just a couple blocks away. I received a follow-up call the next day to see how I was feeling, and have been improving day-by-day since. This facility was a nice addition to the community.

I have been to this urgent care twice, and both visits were equally positive. The staff were very responsive and did what they could to treat me as fast as possible while still being thorough. I would feel very comfortable going back if needed!
