I had a visit with Dr. Steinhauser today and it was great. She is nice. She addressed all my concerns/requests thoroughly. Her team was able to schedule me an in person visit within a short period of time and answered my emails timely. Thank you!

Dr. Steinhauser shows that she cares for me as a patient by listening closely and asking all the right questions. Her professionalism is unmatched, and she is someone who shows her patient the respect they deserve. Appointments before meeting Dr. Steinhauser with a different doctor were often uncomfortable and yielded no solutions to issues I was having at the time. That has all changed for the better since changing my care to her.

Dr. Streinhauser is an amazing doctor, she is very knowledgeable and cares for your well being. She has that determination and drive to get to the root bottom of your problem. It’s very easy to get an appointment with her, her staff, Heather is a wonderful MA as well. They are very quick with responses. This is the kind of doctor I’ve been looking for, there’s just too many doctors at Sharp who just wants to meet their quota and does not genuinely care what youre going through.

Love Dr Steinhauser. I know she will always listen to all my concerns and help me find a solution. I even recommend her to any family and friends who are in her network.

I had a very disappointing experience. I became distraught over some news I received during my appointment and she left the room after giving me a piece of paper to get my labs done. She left me in the room alone, sobbing. I would think some kind of support would be given by a doctor but no, I was left in the room crying alone. No consoling, no asking if I need something, just moving on to the next patient. I will not be coming back to see her.
